Have to give them the five stars! We had a fruit tart as a birthday cake when we were celebrating a birthday for one of our friends at a restaurant near by! That fruit tart was the best fruit tart that I ever had. All the high quality real fruits with prefect sweetness on the filling and the crust! So we went back to the shop to pickup some more and was greeted by a very sweet young lady that patiently introducing their products and gave us suggestions! We just can’t wait till in the morning to have our coffee to go with more tarts and coffee cake we bought! We will need to come back in the near future for sure!

Their desserts are definitely not worth the price. Tried their chèvre fig and chocolate truffle mini cakes . When you’re paying $15 for a piece of cake you expect it to be a really good one but they were very average. Their desserts were not very sweet or rich for that matter. Would not recommend this bakery if you are craving for real desserts. But the service was real good.

This is the second year in a row we have ordered a cake from Primrose. Service is always great. Very helpful. Order is always correct. Pick up was smooth. And the cake is sooooo delicious. We can’t get enough of the Black Forrest Cake. Thank you for making my wife and father in laws birthday’s so special.

The desserts here are delicious. We came here with our friends. There are so many of varieties of treats available. The service here by Jayme and Phillip was outstanding. I went with the Pomegranate Mousse Cake which was Jayme's recommendation, and it didn't disappoint. I highly recommend this cute cafe for desserts, cakes and other baked goods, as they are delicious. The wonderful service is the icing on the cake- no pun intended. Loved this place.

This bakery has very vast variety of deserts, cakes, pastries, cookies, chocolates, turkish desert and what not. Their eclairs are really nice, recommended! The cakes look delicious as well, will order one of them next time. Location of Pleasanton downtown is add-on to the good vibe on this bakery.

The front staff were very patient with my order. I chose this bakery over others because it is not a chain, and I felt they would not take shortcuts in the ingredients. I bought a Pecan pie for my elderly uncle and auntie, and they nearly finished it in one day! We also shared a pistachio and chocolate/pecan Cannoli to-go as an after dinner desert. Thank you so much for making treats for our special occasion, it brought such joy to my uncle and auntie. This store is located in Old-town Pleasanton, and you can stop in during the Saturday farmers market. Parking is easy, safe, and close by. I hope to be able to come again on my next trip!

My favorite bakery in the area. Great selection of cookies and pastry's. I especially recommend the thumbprint cookies. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful.

I bought this fruit tart (on the left) few days ago, they were cut down a lots of fruit toppings, less syrup on top of the fruits, looked really bad compares to the one I bought last month (on the right). I understand, recently everything is gone up but they did rise the prices so they should keep the quality the same as before. And also the girl who served me on that day showed her attitude. I’ve been loved this place since the first time but now, so disappointed!
